These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Bid Your Dream's Website, located at https://bidyourdream.com/.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Bid Your Dream if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of in. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Important:

All listings may go through a review process and the approval of a listing will be at the discretion of BidYourDream. Prospective buyers will see images after they are approved. Rest of the details will be visible instantly after Ad goes live.
An individual user can list unlimited cars after purchasing a plan. (T&C Apply)
As a Seller you certify that all information provided by you against your listed car is true. If not we are authorize to take reuired actions.
Seller is alone responsible for completing and verification of the documentation part, before concluding the sale. Any sale concluded on the part of the Seller, shall be the sole responsibility of the Seller.

Please note:

Car listing plan is brought to you by ("BidYourDream") and is open only to individuals or private party sellers who list their car for sale on BidYourDream. Dealers, brokers or those individuals who trade in cars are eligible.
BidYourDream reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any or all of the terms and conditions of the plan at any time without prior notice.
You authorise BidYourDream to call or SMS you in connection with your car Advertisement.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Prayagraj only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against BidYourDream.
Any individual, who lists his/ her car on BidYourDream availing the plan, accepts the Terms and Conditions specified above in total.
User will not abuse or misuse the website or engage in any activity which violates the terms of this Agreement. In any such case, BidYourDream may suspend user account or permanently debar him/her from accessing the Website.

Bidder

The bid winner will have 24 hours to make the advance payment.
Advance payment will be 10% of the total value of the vehicle.
After advance payment, you will get 3 days’time to do a physical inspection of the vehicle.
After inspection, if anything is incorrect in the vehicle details, the total amount of Bidder will be refunded.
If Bidder cancels on his own after giving advance then 50% of the amount given will be refunded. Minimum Rs. 5000/- Maximum 10% of advance payment.
The next bid can be made only at 1% above the first bid. There is no maximum limit.
If the first bidder does not take the vehicle after winning the bid, then the vehicle will be given to the next bidder. If he is also unable to take the vehicle, then the vehicle will be given to the next bidder.
Bid Your Dream will have all the rights to close the deal of the car.
From winning the bid to loan transfer of the vehicle, RTO, and bank NOC, everything will be the responsibility of the certified dealer of BYD.
After winning the bid, the bidder will have to bear the time taken for bank NOC, city NOC, and any type of challan or paper till the vehicle is delivered.
If the bidder wants instant payment like bank transfer, cash, Paytm UPI, or credit card, the vehicle will be delivered only after the paper transfer of the vehicle or its decision will be based on the full description of the bid CERTIFIED dealer.
Bid Your Dream will not take any responsibility for any problem with the vehicle after delivery.
Bid Your Dream will not have any mention of km, verification in the vehicle.
After winning the vehicle to the bidder, the paper expenses like RTO, transfer, and city NOC insurance challan will be the responsibility of the bid-certified dealer or seller.
The cost of getting any work done on the vehicle after physical inspection will be bear by the bidder.
The bid will remain live for 24 hours.
If there is any bid increase, the bidder will be informed through SMS.
The bid will be live from 10 a.m. onwards and will remain live till 10 a.m. the next day.
If the bid is not finalized for any reason then it will be made live again after the next 48 hours.
Bidders can bid on any number of vehicles at a time as per their plan.
If the bidder does not respond after winning the bid then that number will be blocked. This is done so that only genuine bidders can participate.

SELLER

The Vehicle only 5 years older vehicle will be live and it will travel less than 80000km.
After the vehicle is bid, all the documents related to the vehicle like RC Insurance, Challan, Bank NOC, and City NOC will be the responsibility of the seller.
There should not be any kind of lawsuit or bail on the vehicle.
The car should not be accidental.
The KM of the vehicle should be correct.
After getting the vehicle registered, a physical inspection of the vehicle can also be done if required.
All information entered should be correct. If any information is incorrect then BID YOUR DREAM CERTIFIED DEALER will not take any responsibility.
Seller will have to give stipulated time for physical inspection.
If the vehicle is sold through Bid Your Day then 3% +GST will have to be paid on the total sale amount. (Minimum amount is Rs 10000 + GST).
The certified dealer will have full rights to take advance of the vehicle from the bidder.
The seller can view the bids live but cannot bid from here.
Bidding can be ended anytime before 24 hours if the bidder bids up to the seller's rate.
After winning the bid, the bidder can down payment deposited in the seller's account or the bid-certified dealer's account, and the seller will have to pay whatever time it takes for the bank loan instant payment.
BYD Certified Dealer will not take any responsibility if the bidder is unable to collect the vehicle.
If the seller is unable to deliver the vehicle after winning the bid, the inspection, valuation, and processing fee will have to be paid for by the seller.
A rate will be given to the seller according to the valuation on the basis of which the bidding process will start.
After inspection and valuation of the vehicle, the owner will not have the right to open or install any item on the vehicle.
The final deal will be with the registered owner only and after the sale of the vehicle payment will be transferred to the registered owner by the BYD-certified dealer.
If the car is not sold after bidding once, then according to the plan, you will have to buy a subscription from BYD to get the listing bid twice.

CONCEPT

Buy a vehicle from the bidding process.
The bidding value will be the lowest price based on the valuation in the market price.
The bidding car will be completely refurbished and BYD certified.
1 month and 1000 km which is earlier, engines will remain under warranty (T&C apply).
To bid, you will have to register first.
After that, the plan will be selected.
Plan Rs 99 for 2 bids, Rs 199 for 5 bids, Rs 499 for 20 bids, and Rs 999 for Unlimited bids and will be valid for one month on subscription.
The bidder can buy again after the subscription expires.
Bidder can bid on one or more vehicles simultaneously.
Three types of plans:
BYD SILVER – 99 FOR 1 BID
BYD GOLD – 199 FOR 3 BID
BYD PLATINUM – 499 FOR 10 BID
BYD PREMIUM – 999 FOR 1000 BID

After viewing the upcoming bid details, if any bidder is interstate then he/she can come and see the physical vehicle.

If the bidder does not receive the vehicle due to loan cancellation or any problem of the vehicle owner, then Rs. 5000 + GST will be chargeable as T&C will apply.

Note: Advance Payment is hold for one week if the buyer didn't by the vehicle then his Advance Payment will be returned to him after processing fee detection.
